Service of booking is confirmed as soon as payment is processed and we get the confirmation from respective service provider for bookings made. EMBER LIFESTYLE TRAVEL - L.L.C. - S.P.C. will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE. We delivery your tickets electronically via email the same day as received. No delivery fees apply for electronic ticketing or itinerary confirmations
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Many of the services offered through ember.ae are non-refundable or non-changeable, and all refund approvals depend entirely on third-party suppliers. Customers must review all fare rules and supplier terms before making payment.
Ember.ae acts as a travel consultant and booking agent. All travel arrangements including, but not limited to, flights, accommodation, transportation services, tours, experiences, and packages are provided by third-party suppliers. As such, all cancellations, amendments, and refund eligibility are strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier(s). These may vary depending on the fare type, booking category, seasonality, and individual supplier policies. Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable. Certain suppliers may charge full cancellation fees for no-shows. Refund processing timelines depend entirely on the supplier(s) and may take up to 90 working days. Refunds, where approved by suppliers, will be processed via the original method of payment. Ember.ae does not control supplier penalties, amendments, refund approval, or refund timelines. There will be NO-REFUND if the document is NON-REFUNDABLE as per the third-party suppliers terms. Ember.ae may charge an administration/service fee for handling cancellations, amendments, and supplier correspondence. These fees are separate from supplier penalties and are non-refundable.
Client Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the traveler to review and understand the applicable fare rules and supplier terms before confirming a booking. By proceeding with payment, the traveler acknowledges acceptance of these conditions. Ember.ae shall not be held liable for decisions, policies, penalties, or delays imposed by third-party suppliers. Some fares are NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-CHANGEABLE in case of NO-SHOW. Please read carefully the Fare Rules before booking. Any service. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Processing time for refunds may vary from airline to airline. The refund amount will be credited only to the account of the Credit Card holder who has paid for the ticket or other travel related services. Ember reserves the right to cancel any bookings done by the fraudulent use of credit cards.

In the event that you cancel a booking or service, any deposit paid by you is non-refundable unless otherwise stipulated in the terms and conditions of the booking. Furthermore, certain travel arrangements forming part of a booking may incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the booking. Please carefully read the terms and conditions of booking before completing any payments.
Web Site Bookings: We may change any aspect of the Web Site or its content, including the availability of any suppliers, features, information, or other content, at any time without notice. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices but, regrettably, errors do occasionally occur. Where a price is obviously incorrect due to a system error, we shall not be bound by such price. The prices and any discounts shown on the Web Site are applicable to ember.ae only and may vary from the prices offered for the same holidays by other related businesses. All bookings made on the Web Site are subject to the relevant supplier's/tour operator's booking conditions in addition to these terms and conditions. We recommend that you print a copy of the applicable booking conditions when making a booking. Booking conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability, and cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed. A reservation is not complete until a confirmed booking reference is provided, which will be after credit card approval has been received from your card issuer and the supplier has confirmed your reservation. Until such time, the fare and availability is subject to change. Please remember not to give your booking reference to anyone who is not a member of your immediate household. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your booking reference is kept confidential and secure.
SHIPPING POLICY
We do not ship physical goods. All services purchased on our website relate to travel experiences and are confirmed via electronic delivery. We will send tickets, confirmations, and/or travel documents electronically by email. Digital delivery of tickets, confirmations and/or travel documents for confirmed bookings are free of charge. Documents will be issued on the same day or prior to the travel date, depending on the booking specifications and supplier confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the destination (local or international), but we aim to ensure that all confirmations are sent promptly after your booking is secured and payment is confirmed. If you have not received your documents within 24 hours of booking confirmation, please contact our customer care team.
