Ember Lifestyle Travel LLC maintains the Ember.ae Website ("Site"). The following are the terms of use that

govern use of the Site ("Terms of Use"). By using the Site you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of

Use and the Ember Lifestyle Travel LLC Ember.ae privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all

applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site. Ember Lifestyle Travel LLC reserves the right to

change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this

page of the Site periodically. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the

Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, Ember Lifestyle Travel LLC may terminate your use of the

Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

1. SITE OPERATION: United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. Ember Lifestyle Travel LLC controls this

Site from the U.A.E. Ember Lifestyle Travel LLC makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in

other locations. If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local

laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or

regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.

2. APPLICABLE LAW. The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of

Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard

only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

3. MULTI-CURRENCY PRJCED TRANSACTION, the displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the

same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.

4. PURCHASES. Ember Lifestyle Travel LLC accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in

AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of

respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider's user agreement

and privacy policy before entering any transaction.

Ø PAYMENT CONFIRMATION – Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24

hours of receipt of payment.

Interpretation:

These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the

subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be

effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of Ember Lifestyle Travel LLC. All refunds will be

made onto the original mode of payment.

General:

When you visit the Web Site or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent

to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting

notices on the Web Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that

we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

If any of these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that

condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms

and conditions. Any failure by us to act in relation to a breach by you or any other user's breach on any

occasion of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of our right to act in relation to future or

similar breaches.

DISPUTE AND RESOLUTION POLICY

In case of any dispute you can reach our local office through mail with the details. Ember Lifestyle & Travel LLC

will try to provide amicable solution to both the parties subject to availability of the booking. Ember Lifestyle &

Travel LLC decision will be final in case of any dispute.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Service of booking is confirmed as soon as payment is processed and we get the confirmation from

respective service provider for bookings made. Ember Lifestyle & Travel LLC will NOT deal or provide any

services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance

with the law of UAE. We delivery your tickets electronically via email the same day as received.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In addition to the airline charges, Ember Lifestyle & Travel LLC will have a service fee on cancellation or

refund of documents. All Refunds will take a minimum of 14 days as per the bank policies.

There will be NO-REFUND if the document is NON-REFUNDABLE, as per the airline.

Some fares are NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-CHANGEABLE in case of NO-SHOW.

Please read carefully the Fare Rules before booking your flights.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Processing time for refunds may vary from airline to airline.

Refund amount will be credited only to the account of the Credit Card holder who has paid for the ticket or

other travel related services.

Ember Lifestyle & Travel LLC reserve the right to cancel any bookings done by the fraudulent use of credit

cards.

In the event that you cancel a cruise holiday, any deposit paid by you is non-refundable. Furthermore, certain

travel arrangements forming part of a cruise holiday may incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that

part of the holiday. The following cancellation charges shall apply to the balance of the cruise holiday:

Web Site Bookings:

We may change any aspect of the Web Site or its content, including the availability of any suppliers,

features, information, or other content, at any time without notice. Every effort is made to ensure the

accuracy of all information and prices but, regrettably, errors do occasionally occur. Where a price is

obviously incorrect due to a system error, we shall not be bound by such price. The prices and any discounts

shown on the Web Site are applicable to ember.ae only and may vary from the prices offered for the same

holidays by other related businesses.

All bookings made on the Web Site are subject to the relevant supplier's/tour operator's booking conditions

in addition to these terms and conditions. We recommend that you print a copy of the applicable booking

conditions when making a booking. Booking conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability, and

cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking is cancelled or amended after it has been

confirmed.

A reservation is not complete until a confirmed booking reference is provided, which will be after credit card

approval has been received from your card issuer and the supplier has confirmed your reservation. Until such

time, the fare and availability is subject to change.

Please remember not to give your booking reference to anyone who is not a member of your immediate

household. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your booking reference is kept confidential

and secure.

SHIPPING POLICY

We will Ship Tickets Electronically via Email or by courier as per your booking the same day or prior to as per

your request.

5. OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES. Ember Lifestyle Travel LLC will

not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or

on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics

traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country specific

6. REPRESENTATIONS BY YOU. By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that (a) you are at

least 18 years old; (b) that all materials of any kind submitted by you to Ember Lifestyle Travel LLC through

the Site or for inclusion on the Site will not plagiarize, violate or infringe upon the rights of any third-party

including trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent, or other personal or proprietary

rights. The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the

website and shall not transact on or use the website.

you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Site shall not

that provide these advertisements and sponsorships are solely responsible for insuring that the materials

submitted for inclusion on the Site are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. Ember Lifestyle Travel

LLC is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor.

SEVERABILITY. If any provision of the Terms of Use is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the
